Robert was appointed to Chief Executive Officer in December 2015. He is a founding partner of InfoComp, now GBST’s Retail Wealth Business, with over 30 years’ experience in the development of software applications. Robert holds a Bachelor of Mathematics. Robert has a business and technical software background having been part of the Retail Wealth Business development and professional services teams.

Isabel was appointed to Chief Technology Operations Officer in April 2019. She has over 25 years experience in software development and was a member of GBSTs Retail Wealth Division for 16 years, where she acted in a similar capacity. Isabel holds a Bachelor of Computing Science from the University of Wollongong. Isabel has an operational and technical software background having been part of the senior technology management teams of the Retail Wealth Business and broader GBST.

Kirsty joined GBST as the Chief Commercial Officer in May 2022. She is responsible for managing growth opportunities, mergers & acquisitions and contributing to the expansion of sales and product efforts. Kirsty has 30 years of experience in organisations across the Financial Services and Fintech industries and has built global strategic partnerships and trusted stakeholder relationships across all levels, roles and cultures.

Neil joined GBST as Chief Financial Officer in March 2025. Neil’s responsibilities include group strategy, corporate governance, financial performance, and financial management. He is also Company Secretary for the Group. He has over 20 years of experience in senior financial positions across a range of industry sectors including, Telecommunications, Leasing, Manufacturing and FMCG. His most recent roles were as CFO of Rail First Asset Management and CFO Australia of Inghams Group.

Anna joined GBST as Head of Legal in May 2022. She has over 20 years’ experience in the legal profession with extensive experience in the areas of complex technology arrangements, commercial strategy, corporate law, enterprise risk management and corporate governance. She has group-wide responsibility for GBST’s legal function and leads the legal team in enabling the commercial agenda to create, protect and realise value. Anna has held senior legal positions in different industries, primarily in ASX-listed financial services and technology companies, before she joined GBST.

David Simpson joined GBST as head of Europe, the Middle East and Africa in July 2016. He manages client activity and drives the ongoing regional growth of the group’s retail wealth platforms for wraps, life and pensions and banks, and for institutional capital markets. Previously, he was employed by SEI Investments Company as chief relationship officer for SEI Europe’s Wealth Platform. Prior to joining SEI in 2010 as business development director, he held various roles at Barclays Wealth where he was employed for 22 years, including Managing Director of UK Asset Management and Retail Platforms from 2004 to 2010.

Jeff was appointed as the Head of APAC in January 2024 to spearhead business development and operations in the Australian region for GBST’s Wealth Management and Advice Solutions products including Composer, WealthConnect and Advice Intelligence. He has a 25-year track record of driving rapid growth, optimising operations, and delivering client goals and success. His responsibilities encompass leadership of sales, product development, account management, and client delivery teams, with a primary focus on strategic execution and business growth.
